Our retreats — both online and residential — are designed as self-retreats, offering a space for independent investigation and reflection. They provide guidance and support, but the focus is on developing your own understanding of the Dhamma and your meditation practice.
These retreats are not about starting “another technique” or moving from one tradition or teacher to another. Instead, they offer an opportunity to explore the Pāli texts and the Buddha’s teachings in a way that supports a more integrated and grounded practice in daily life. Participants are encouraged to find their own rhythm — whether sitting, walking, reading, studying, or reflecting — and to engage with the teachings actively, cultivating insight and independence (aparapaccayo) in their practice.
